I've recently rooted my phone and am looking to try out some roms.. Know of any good instructions for getting started in the Rom game? Just want to make sure I can go back to stock if I ever need to.

Make sure you back up your stock rom flash clockworkmod recovery onto your phone then decide which rom you want to flash make sure you read instructions to many different roms first because some leave out instructions expecting those reading to already know

I restored my rom back to CyanogenMod after I had flashed MUIU, and now my WiFi says Error and cannot scan for Acccess Points, how do I get my WiFi to work again? help

Might be a bad restore, try wiping and flashing the Rom again

I'm using Gingerbliss and my hubby is using Ginger Mede, both are pretty nice. Haven't tried anything else just yet. Loved CM7 on my NS4G though.

I just tried SkyRaider for a week and battery life was damn good with a custom kernal.

I can second the suggestion on SkyRaider. I've been running it for months now and it's great.

MikRunny has been very good to me. I haven't run into any bugs and get fantastic battery life. It's on 2.3.5 and Sense 3.5 with tweaks added in.
