Loss of data connection

Hey,

So my wife just upgraded to a DInc 2 and of course her old phone was running CM7 so first thing I did was flash that. Everything went fine but after a couple of days she's complaining that whenever she's at a break at work she'll go to grab her phone and quick check Facebook and it'll say no data connection available. It seems a reboot helps but again after a while data just stops working. I tried the runnydroid rom too and the same thing happened.

I've flashed back to the original 2.3 dinc2 ruu and it's running fine with no data loss, but I'd really prefer to have a custom rom on there. Anyone else ever heard of this. Google search gets me nothing to help me.

Try flashing a different radio. I had to do the same thing on Gingerbliss. Worked great for awhile and then all of a sudden, kept losing data left and right.

I would probably flash a new kernal. Try aeroevans .7 bfs version, just make sure its not cfs because data will not work on cm7.

The first link is a direct link to the bfs version. Just make sure you wipe cache and daliv-cache.

I had initially downloaded aeroevans .7 kernel, but now I don't know which version I downloaded.

Also thanks for that radio thread.I hadn't even thought about reading through there but there's a lot that might help.

Now to pry the phone away from her for a while :\

OK, same issue arising. And it's on all roms it seems. The 3G icon is up, but the up down arrows do not move. Mostly no data, and if there is a connection it moves like dial up.

I've tried flashing several radios. Different roms and kernel combos. I'm stumped.
