Hey guys,

I wasn't able to find any information on this after a few searches. Perhaps I was using the wrong search terms, or it just simply hasn't been asked. Here is the situation:

Droid Incredible 2, version 2.3.4
Computer's USB ports no longer function.
This is not my phone, but the phone of a friend who lives several states away from me, and is without wifi. I am attempting to help.

If someone could point me in the right direction for rooting a DIncredible 2 phone without a computer, or helping me (help them) do it right here, I would be extremely grateful.

If any other information is required to help root this phone, please ask, and I will get it as fast as possible. Again, any and all help is graciously accepted.
