hboot and CMR screens, nothing else

last night i wanted to wipe the cache partition and i accidently hit clear storage, i tried pullin the battery out to stop it but that didnt work so i jus let it delete everything, wen my phone finally loaded it said rui inconsistent and that i needed to wipe the data partition and had a button saying 'im feeling lucky' so i pressed that and setup my google account and restored my contacts then i tried installing a few apps and wen i tried to open them they force closed so i rebooted into recovery and tried to format everything otherthan sd and emmc and after it finished that it hasnt loaded into anything but hboot and clockwork recovery, ive tried factory restore, doesnt work, looked online for something and didnt find anything, any ideas as to what i can do???

Do you have a nandroid backup that you can restore? If not try clearing Cache and Dalvik in CWM.

Nope I never backed up and I've tried clearing cache and the dalvik and restarting but it still loads into the bootloader screen and from there I can get to CWM but that's it

Sounds like you might have to just re-flash your ROM or download another.

What were you running?

Ummm a regular rooted dinc ,I never changed the rom or anything. How would I go about reflashing a rom?
