After I rooted this app worked AMAZING... Now my computer says connected but won't pull up any sites and it doesn't/won't show up under Access Control> Connected/Authorized Clients... Could I have a setting wrong?

do you have the android.tether folder on the root of your sd card?

if you dont then:

1. Download File https://plus.google.com/u/0/104848291322627497213/phone/android/hacks/fw_bcm4329.zip
2. Extract .bin File from zip
3. Create android.tether folder on root of sdcard
4. place .bin in newly created android.tether folder
5. launch wifitether and try again

I'm trying to get it to work with BT and haven't had any success so far. Now fighting with getting DD-WRT to pick it up as a client and connect so that every computer on my network can have internet when/if my isp decides to take a crap for awhile. (This happens every so often)

my laptop hasn't been able to connect to my wireless tether since i switched to skyraider 2.2.
