Simple Rom for Droid Incredible (For My Mom)

Hey guys. I'm giving my mom my old Droid Incredible. It's been sitting in my desk ever since I got the GNexus. She's due for a new phone and she doesn't want to buy a new one. (Side note: The Incredible is tiny! I have no idea how I ever used it.) Anyway, I've been looking for the most simple rom out there. I was thinking MIUI but I was wondering if anyone else had any better suggestions. Thanks!

GB MIUI & CM7 final, are both very stable for me. There are a lot of options to customize CM7 built in but setup can be a little daunting for some who are not into tinkering.
MIUI setup seemed a little easier to me and there are many cool features with it too. As in turning on the flashlight from the lockscreen by pressing and holding the home key.
Use it all the time.
