I'm running the latest 2.2 leak with the radio update and want to go back to un-rooted stock 2.1. I found a video describing how to do this however when I get to the point where I have to send the commands to the phone using command prompt it says "device not found" Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is the video I am trying to go by

    Used Adrenalyne's method. It works.

First do you have ADB set up in your computer?
Do you have USB debuging enabled?
Did you put those files in the tools folder?
Are you mounting the data partition in CW Recovery?

Do you have HTC Sync installed? If so, uninstall it.
