Cant get unrevoked3 to work...help!

I have tried several times to use the unrevoked and every time it says loading recovery image.... do not touch your phone....after about 30 mins still nothing. I even waited a hour once....any ideas on whats going on?

If you are using windows have you installed the hboot drivers first? It talks about it on the unrevoked site under more info.

You need hboot drivers installed for your phone and your phone in usb debugging mode. Try this:

Once you get their drivers working and put your phone into USB debug mode (important) it should only take a little while.

You also need to uninstall htc sync from your computer. I just rooted yesterday and it kept hanging up until I removed it. After that it worked on the first try.
