I read that if you fresh install and don't restore from titanium backup, that it fixes it.. but I tried it and still have the same problem

so if anyone needs the help, i figured it out.. delete all the backups in the titanium folder on the sd card (i guess you could copy them to ur computer just in case you dont want to lose them totally), then fresh install of the rom. I use appbrain so i could reinstall all my apps but i just needed to redo the setups the way i liked them.

This fixed it for me. I used MyBackup Pro to restore and it made this ROM run soooo much better on my phone than when I restored with Titanium
