Installation Instructions:

2. Reboot into Recovery.
3. Perform Nandroid backup
4. Minimally wipe dalvik and cache. For optimal experience, perform full wipe (data/dalvik/cache).
5. Flash rom

If you're using clockwork 3, you'll have to wait. Incubus pulled the clockwork 3 version until he can get the scripts updated. This version is for clockwork 2.

just tried this on cwm .2.x and still no luck .. nvm i was in such a hurry i forgot to wipe lol second try worked. if any one needs to downgrade cwm load this in hboot

I wiped everything... it starts to install the just quits. Idk.

You might want to try downloading again maybe you got a bad download. I flashed a few hours ago without any problems.

I believe Koush warned all the developers way before he put out the 3.x update out and they just didn't react fast enough.

I flashed one of the custom fonts and the emmc support music player but I don't think they worked...what I did was load recovery and flash without wiping anything ..was that wrong?

tried loading after completely wiping everything. It install fine but freezes at at the white HTC incredible screen. Does it matter what HBoot is installed?
