Clockwork confusion
I know there's been some updates to Clockwork on the Incredible.... I have the original version that I installed when I rooted (2.5 I think). I've been running Cyanogen ROM RC2.5 (one of the more recent nightlies).
Before I flash RC3, I was thinking I should probably upgrade Clockwork to 3.0, right? My question is, what's the procedure for doing this, and is it pretty safe? I don't have any issues with my phone and don't want to create any!
Looking for a somewhat simplistic answer here please, there's tons of info out there but a lot of it assumes more knowledge than I have on this stuff. - 03-30-2011, 01:37 PM #2
My suggestion is to download rom manager (I think it comes with cyanogen mod?) and do it from rom manager. it works pretty well in my experience
