Are you on a stock rom? Kernal? Or what rom/kernal are you using ?
More details on what lead up to all this would help?
Without knowing any more details yet : Have you just tried rebooting again to see if they showed then ?
PS: just saw your post in other thread ? How did you install tho rom manager or recovery would be my first question ?

megamef you need to download the GAPPS with any AOSP ROM to install the Google Apps - Link is in the CM7 OP or in the ROMs and Mods thread.Flash it like a ROM but with no wipes.
