I have 2 question about this game
Does ingress will still works if there's no internet connection? I have wifi on my house but outside there's none.
Is ingress will just collect data until its connected on the internet again?

No, you need both cell signal and GPS signals to play the game. You really can't do much from home, aside from recharge your own team's portals IF you have a key....to actually play the game, you need to get out of the house.

yeah this game will be boring if I dont go out, anyways I just need GPS to play this outside even without internet right?

You need a data connection to play the game. For example, as you move around, it retrieves information from the game servers to show game locations on the map.
