Here's the thread a member of our (Calgary) team started, and has interactions from both sides. Me, personally....I don't really care too much, but it does seem a bit over the top....some members on our team aren't too happy about it. Is this common practice? Would it bother you if you found out it was happening to you? Seems to me this would be breaking both privacy and harassment sections of the TOS, but I'm no lawyer. It's been reported, still awaiting some response.

I realize we do have a lot of publically available information on ourselves out on the internet, but most of what's out there, it's because I made the decision to put it out there....not because somebody else made that decision behind my back.
