I'm pretty sure all the sense 3 stuff for the inspire is DHD or Pyramid based. That being said, there are several good rom's that have been modded to work properly with the inspire.

i got a rom from xda 2 weeks ago. its called virtuous trentracinque. its gingerbread 2.3.5 and sense 3.5
its beta but very good. if you do ext4 wipe , i think it'll be smoother. under phone identity, it says inspire 4g, it has 5 bars and H, not H+.

There couldn't be since Sense 3.0 has never been released on the Inspire.

Android Revolution HD is good. Gingerbread 2.3.5 with Sense 3.0. The dev really works hard on it, updating frequently. It does come from the Desire HD, but has been modified for the Inspire.

I would definitely recommend RCmix3D 4.0 its sense 3.5 on 2.3.5. Runs smooth, lots of little tweaks possible plus it is supported well with frequent updates. if you like sense then this is the best ROM for you imo.
