Core Droid Desire HD/ HTC Inspire..help

ok so I have some ?s and still not really finding what i want so far..Ok so I have the Rcmix ROM which is really nice I like it. But I want to go to the core droid rom. Now my ? is if I can word this right so bare with me lol..

When I flashed to the Rcmix rom and took up some internal memory I have about 776mbs left, so what do I do if I want to flash to this other rom? I have read that its the same way if you have flash a rom before but my ? is.. if I do that does the other rom still taking up the internal memory or does it delete and I just flash my new ROM.. in other word I have 776mb as of now and if I install the core droid rom its about 326mbs (aprox) does that leave my phone down to internal memory of 450mbs left cause I still have the RcMix.

so I would like to know what is the best easy way to flash another rom and its also saying that I should flash a radio I have an idea what that does. but if anyone has not checked it out its cool rom I thin.. take a look

One rom replaces the other, so the change in storage is the difference of the size of the two roms. There is actually storage allocated for the rom that is apart from the user available internal storage. If you have downloaded Titanium Backup, launch it and at the bottom of the main screen you will see figures for System ROM, internal, and sd card storage.
