I emailed LG canada about the upgrade to ics or gingerbread, any update for that matter. They sent back an email saying there would be no update. Ill never buy another LG product again. I wanted to know if I can upgrade the phone myself? Its the p999 and I cant even cut and paste on the phone. Such garbage. I got this phone from wind and it was my first android. the guy of course bigged up the phone and the reviews I looked up at the time, April '12, were great. Ive sinced left wind and use the phone on wifi but not as an actual phone. I'm so disappointed. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

2x has gb and it will get ICS as well.
Canada won't get ICS but it has GB.
