Hi everyone I love the phone so far! Got an Huawei Ascend II yesterday. I do need help, though. I cannot find pictures that have been sent, nor can I find ring tones my friend sent me. Also, How do I use music I have synced from my computer as ringtones? Any and all help greatly appreciated so that I can enjoy the wonderful world of Android!

Pictures that were sent to you will be in your download folder which should show up in your Gallery. For ringtones... They need to be placed in the right folder. Set up your SD Card so that it has the following folders:
Music
Ringtones
Notifications
Alarms
Videos
Movies
Pictures
Create new folders if you need to and place the files in the correct folders. I recommend getting a file manager app like "Astro".. found in the market.

Thanks for the welcome guys! I used my good old pc skills ( I am an IT student) to set up my SD card. Much better now. Have folders for pics of me, pics of different categories of people. Thanks for the tip about setting up for notifications, ringtones,etc. Definitely enjoying reading here, very educational!
