I have a Droid 2 Global and recently rooted my phone with z4root. After I rooted the device everything was fine. I downloaded a wireless tether, a couple root tool apps, and a rom manager.

After playing around a little bit, I changed the LCD density, attempted to download a rom(but pretty sure it didn't work because nothing on the device or UI appeared different). But all in all didn't really dive into any hardcore settings.

Later, I tried to use my stock dialer and it would force close. After deleting my rom tools and manager, and wireless tether, I was still running into the same problem. I did a factory reset on on the phone, and still having the same issue. Also, I can't download Facebook from the market(the download button is literally gone, and it is not installed on my phone. BUT I checked other apps and the download button is available) and my SD card is not "available" when it is fully installed.

If anybody has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
