Phone Talks to me at the wrong time

I have a Motorola Bionic and annoyingly, it sometimes (even in the middle of the night) just speaks out and says "Verizon Wireless". I have two questions
1) why is it doing this- I could sort of understand if I was losing or gaining service but it happened last night and woke me up.
2) How can I make it stop

Have e you contacted Verizon about this problem. I don't think I've read this happening before.

I did, the person on the phone hadn't heard of it either, I wonder whether it could be due to one of my downloaded apps such as Juice defender?

Earlier today I'd wrote about the problems I was having since installing juice defender. It's worth a shot uninstalling it. Another option would be to get the device check out by a technician.. The device may be detective.
