Hello All, Have an Optimus V that I am contemplating rooting and loading custom rom. Have a Nook Color that I rooted with Cyanogenmod via micro-sd card and now have the fever to do my phone as well. Little afraid of the whole "brick" thing so I am going to proceed with caution and read as much as I can on the subject. Thanks for all the threads that are out there! I am sure I will find enough to reassure me and make the root go well.
