HELP!!!! I tried to flash a new rom onto my Optimus Q

HELP!!!! I tried to flash a new rom onto my Optimus Q, after I clicked reboot into recovery with ROM tools.... And while rebooting i was never able to get past the LG screen. I have no idea which way to go.... Is it possible to manually install some android recovery app to an sd card via windows7 os computer. And if so would it even be possible get it to run. Ive tried holding down the volume down button,home, and then holding down power to turn on/boot to recovery. But it wont go past LG. ANYONE who may be able to help id be o so grateful
