Got a really cool Samsung Galaxy S II i1900 and I have a data plan but only access on wifi for some reason and out here in west texas, not commonplace to wifi. I couldn't tell whether it is my brain not getting it, the fact that I don't have a user guide for the phone or my prepaid Right Wireless Plan.

This sounds like a question for your carrier. Are you saying that your data plan specifies that you ONLY access data via wifi? Sounds like maybe the prepaid minutes must ONLY be used for calls and data call only be used via wifi, BUT I don't really know since you don't say who your carrier is, or which prepaid plan you have. Even though wifi may be rare, you SHOULD be able to get it at home via your home internet all you need is a wifi router, which you can get from your cable co or phone co, OR radioshak. Also I think eveb West Tx has Starbucks!
