    i have bought this phone 2 months ago which work great until one day the battery got really hot an cracked the inside screen. they sent me 3 replacement phones an everyone will activate on there side but not on mine i keep gettin error code 1012 i have tried every thing talk to them 20 times they just keepin tellin me that it will fix on its own. i just want my phone to work. i tried everything that is said on here but nothing seems to work. can someone please HELP ME

    Unacceptable. I would tell them to refund you your money, and, take your business elsewhere.

    My advice: get a better phone. I have the 3VO and while mine is good I can't wait to upgrade so you might as well too.
