ApP's for camera and camcorder won't work anymore

Try rebooting the phone. Hold the power button until you get the option on the screen to shut the phone off completely. Let it turn off, then press the power button to turn it back on. Wait for it to boot up completely, then try the camera again.

I have the same mobile phone with camera issue, Contacted ZTE for further assistance. The technician at ZTE assisted the issue and provided me with a firmware upgrade tool. Performed the purgation and the issue is solved and there is no further issue with the device now. Try out the method provided by B.Diddy. If still the issue is not resolved you will have to contact ZTE directly.
