I currently have both an iPhone 5 and a Samsung Galaxy S2 (I had the S3 but sold it to get the iPhone) and i've been a member of the iMore forums for a while. I'm posting here because i've just found out about the new HTC One and i'm drooling a little bit over that, to be honest. My SGS3 was bought outright on day one and it was very definitely a 'Friday Afternoon' phone which soured my enjoyment of it somewhat. The SGS2 has been flawless though.
I've never been precious to one OS, preferring to flip between whichever phone suits my needs. I use the iPhone for personal use and the SGS2 for work and i'm really tempted to sell the SGS2 to get the HTC.
I've seen what purports to be leaked pictures of the SGS4 and it doesn't really do much for me (if that is indeed the real thing). I will obviously reserve judgement until after the thin launches.
