Default Hello from a soon to be Android convert

    Hello everyone,

I have stumbled upon this forum and and am excited to learn all about android. I currently am using an iPhone 4S but will be upgrading to the lg g2 in about a month on verizon. I am here because I know I am going to have questions and there seems to be most of the answers here. I am excited to learn about rooting and everything else that has to do with android. I am also excited to have some good conversations. Thanks all and thanks for reading.

Welcome! Find somewhere to jump in once you get the phone... consider installing Tapatalk and start posting photos, screenshots, and things like that. There are plenty around to chat or help out, so ask away if you have any questions.

    Welcome to the forums.
Nothing wrong with learning to root, but I would suggest to learn the new OS first for a couple weeks. After that study everything you can about rooting. Ask questions here. Someone is always willing to help.

Welcome to Android Central. Getting a jump start on Android before you even obtain a device is always a good thing.

    Enjoy the forums.
