New to Android (kind of), Switching from BlackBerry

Just purchased an HTC One M8. Should be arriving on Monday. I've been using BB10 devices (Q10, Z10, Z30, Classic) for about 1.5 years now. I owned a Moto X (1st Generation) and Galaxy S4 for a little bit but sold both because neither of them had something that worked as well as the BlackBerry Hub. Downloaded a few apps from Google Play and nothing worked as well as the Hub. With the announcement of BlackBerry bringing some of their native apps to Android (particularly the BlackBerry Hub), I have decided to make the change temporarily for now.

So if anyone has any suggestions for making this transition any better, let me know.
