Hello,

I'm making a switch from my Iphone, which I was ready to put through a wall, to the HTC Inspire "HSPA+" . Gotta say, so far so good with the transition process. Need a little getting used to, but not too bad. Now I need to figure out how to get rid of some of the crap that is pre-installed and find out other cool things that can be done to it. Guess that's how I found this place, please pardon the noobish questions I may have.

There is so much info to sort through, not sure where to start lol. I take it that to root is the same as to jailbrake?
