I think the ThinkPad sounds like a great tablet with the keyboard folio and digitizer. I think the full package price point is reasonable as well.
I would be very interested in a tablet with a good digitizer, however I suspect it will not be precise enough for me to appreciate using it for note taking.
The dock seems pretty great also to give you a full keyboard option when you need it.
I am very hesitant about the weight and thickness. I thought that wouldn't matter so much, but after comparing other Android tablets to the Galaxy Tab 10.1... Those bigger ones don't feel nearly as nice in your hands. Some nice curves might help some, but it looks as if at least some of the edges are pretty angular which was very noticeable on the ASUS Transformer.
