Ideapad problems

I am on my second K1 tablet in 2 days, and the first one was fine then it just would not turn on, I tried everything to make it work but nothing. Got a new one in exchange last night did the update and 2 times last night when I clicked the power button and it went to sleep a few minutes later it turned back on like it was off or rebooted. Anyone have anything similar happen. I love this pad just wish it would work like my other tablets.

There is a similar problem on the TPT that is reported to be corrected by using the pen reset method. Although I am not familiar with the K1, I am assuming it has that feature the same as the TPT.

What is the penultimate reset method. I looked all over the pad for a external master reset an found nothing. A far the new pad is doing well but only time will tell.

On the TPT there is a reset pinhole beside the SD card slot.
