Why is my Lenovo phone running something at my sim cards its written as deactivating?

now my phone is 'NO LINE' to detect . can use wifi n d rest . but my sim cards is not active . tried reboot normally few times still cant do anything

Welcome to Android Central! Which Lenovo phone do you have, and which carrier is it on? Have you asked your carrier for a replacement SIM?
