I found that all my text messages are not delivering on time to the person whom I send them to. What could be the issue?

i am a lenovo s560 user...i found that all my text messages are not deliveringon time to the person whom i send..and even i recieves all the messages exactly 4 minutes later from the send time.i also think that all my messages are been forwarded,so how can i stop all these issues?

I would contact your carrier to see if they're having issues.

And also be aware that there's no "on time" with texting. It's not considered real-time communication. If it takes 4 minutes, it takes 4 minutes. (Voice is real-time, text and email aren't.)
