Hi! this morning i was using normally my g flex 2 and suddendly the phone turned off and in no way it turned back on. Later i disembled it and removed the battery, after that it turned on till the logo appeared and immediately turned off without turning on again. each time i disconnect and then reconnect the battery it does this, but it never goes after the logo appearence. i can't do the hard reset because it doesn't work. can anyone help me with this problem?
