When I insert my tmobile sim card I'm not prompted to enter the unlock code I've tried the variations of this dailing pound star numbers and that does not work. Does anyone how to get to the point to enter the unlock code?
You need to contact Sprint to have them unlock the device. Keep in mind that the Sprint account needs to be in good standing and the contract term finished and/or device paid off in full. If there's a deficiency with the account Sprint will not unlock the device.
Also, keep in mind that the device may not support, if at all, T-Mobile's bands. Below are the CDMA bands and GSM bands (two different model devices). Looking at the specs, the Sprint version might only work on T-Mobile 2G if you are even able to successfully unlock it.
