I think they will be different devices. If you aren't going to use the stylus, I don't think the Note is worth the extra money. That said, priced the same or even $50 dollars more, I think the Note will be the better value.

It's funny, Best Buy is still clueless as to when this is being shipped. I keep asking their customer service reps and they all say they don't know.

I've been checking it all day. The listing for the G Pad lets you add it to the cart, but there's no option for shipping yet, just store pickup, which naturally no stores have them yet.
