Trouble getting Microsoft Exchange to work

I have been trying today to get an email tie up with a work Microsoft Exchange Client.
Currently the gPad is working fine with 2 separate gmail accounts.
I have an HTC phone which is working with these two accounts and the MS exchange but it does not seem possible to set this up in the same way on the G-pad.

Currently using
Server address: as provided (works on HTC)
Username: The Username (not the email address) registered on MS server. Have tried using both username & email address here and neither work
Domain name: blank
Password: as using on HTC
Use SSL: Yes

Any ideas?
