Could you help me troubleshoot this ? (KK update)

When i try to install the KK update i recieve an error. Error say that my device is in a root process and the update can't be made, but my tablet is not root in present. I try to root and un-root, i made hard recovery factory, but the error persists.
Any advice? Thanks.

Use LG Support Tool to update to stock kit Kat update..

Good to hear that it worked for you with LG Support Tool. you can also use LG PC Suite to restore the G Pad..if you have any errors while updating the device to kit Kat.
