Sand outer rim for clean sporty look.

There have been posts about sanding all of the black paint off your LG G Watch R to make it a stainless steel watch. While this is cool its a big job.

An alternative which actually looks cooler in my opinion is just to sand the outer rim exposing the shiny metal. Just use ultra-fine (600) sandpaper on a block to insure a flat surface and cover your watchface with blue painters tape. Takes about 5 minutes and looks very cool.

I gave it a try. Started with 600 grit and finished with 1500.

Can i ask where you found the Breitling watch face from i can only find one but has far too much going on to use it.

Interesting! Did you place the block over the entire watch and go back and forth or in circle or did you go around the circle in sections? Of course, the first method sounds easier and like it would work better.
