LG G2 - How to use knock knock off with non-stock launcher

While I was on xda forums, I ran across this simple solution on how to use the knock knock off feature since it doesn't work with non-stock launchers. I will say the knock knock feature does work if you double tap the notification bar but i found this solution more natural. I did have to change the original animation from TV tube to simple because of lag issues but it works perfectly now! The link is below.
