Back when the G2 was announced, it was stated that the Verizon models would have built-in wireless charging, and that the European variants would have an accessory/add-on that would allow wireless charging.

Not mentioned, of course, is where that would leave us that are not in Europe nor on Verizon. It was speculated that those in North America (and elsewhere) may be able to order these kits(?) from overseas. So, there hasn't been much news about these kits yet, so I'd imagine it hasn't been released yet.
However, I am wondering if the European versions of the LG G2 are the same external dimensions as the global or North American versions, does anyone know? Has it launched in UK/EU/etc? My thought is if the overseas versions and the north american versions have different dimensions, then these kits, if/when they come out, won't work on the north american phones.
