Phone changes network settings on reboot

On a new start up, my phone seems to adjust the settings from LTE to GSM for no apparent reason.

Anyone heard of this before? Software fault?

Did you call your carrier? Maybe a SIM card issue? Did they give it to you or did you use a different one?
What settings have played with recently? Did you root? Did you use the 'hidden' menu? Are you in a poor coverage area?

Yeah, it's likely Software. I wouldn't say it's the Software's fault just yet, though.
