So I've had the S3 before the G2 and man are the LTE speeds on this phone also better. On my S3 I'd get about 12Mbp down with one bar and about 22Mbp down with almost full bars but now I get double the speed and sometimes more. Are you also noticing LTE speed improvements??

Btw this is on Rogers LTE network in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

I had the S3 before the G2 also -- and am in Winnipeg.

It's my understanding that the G2 supports Rogers' LTE Max (aka Category 4) for theoretical maximum of 150 Mbps; whereas the S3 supported the lower band LTE (theoretical maximum of 75 Mbps). Most of the newer flagships (S4, Z1, etc.) are Cat 4 capable.
