Knock doesn't work with Nova?

I just installed Nova for the first time, and noticed after I unlock the screen, I can't double tap the home screen to turn the screen off. I looked in the settings but couldn't find anywhere to fix it. Am I just not seeing it or is this a known problem? Thanks in advance!

You have to double tap status bar for knock off to work in Nova. You can also set double tap home screen to launch apps in Nova. If you set it to launch screen off app it will work just like knock off.

It's not just Nova - double tap to close the screen only worksnaturally on stock launcher, althgough there are workarounds as SanctoKingsFan says by using the gestures
