LG G2: Bluetooth is TOTALLY overriding my sound and not allowing ANY sound except with headphones!

Bluetooth on LG G2 won't allow any sounds when headphones are not plugged in. Bluetooth is turned off and sounds are turned up. I even finally did a hard reset and I am still not getting any sound. I am so very frustrated!!!! It started a week or so ago when I attempted to pair in my 2011 Toyota Sienna. So now I get NO SOUND, no ringer, no music, no tones - NOTHING unless I have headphones plugged in or have my bluetooth headphones attached. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do I take it to the Verizon store or to the Toyota store???
