Hard reset doesn't work

I tried it many times. About 30 times to hard reset my G2 (Holding Volome down button + power and re-pressing power button when LG logo appears (volume down holding all the time during resetting)) and Factory reset dont pop up.
I use LG D802.
How to reset it?

You can do the same through Settings.

Go into Settings/Backup & Reset.

Select Reset Phone (Make sure you have any and all important data sync'd and backed up.)

But its "soft resetting" going into settings. And "hard" using buttons. So isn't here any difference ?

No difference! Geeks prefer the button reset because they like doing everything the hard way!

Like Kilroy13 said, it is identical... what it will do is restart the phone and send a parameter to the stock recovery, causing a hard reset... identical to doing through the recovery menu.

I have installet LG G3 Easy settings on my LG G2 non routet, now I can not get into my settings anymore, so I can not make soft reset.
I need setting apk for my G2 or away to hard reset.

I found a solution to uninstall LG easy settings !!! ;-)

Install easy uninstaller from play store

Is there anything more "hard" then hard reset. My g2 is just looping on the LG logo.
