LG G2 starts to a widget, won't let me get to home screen

My phone only goes to a widget (top half of screen only) that swipes between a clock, music, and accuweather. I can't get to my home screen.

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like something is activating the QuickWindow feature, as seen here:

I assume you don't have a QuickWindow case, but this function might be caused by a magnet that is triggering a sensor on the phone (telling it to turn on the QuickWindow). Are you currently using a case, and if so, does it have a cover? Those kinds of cases usually have a magnet embedded somewhere to trigger the smartcover sensor (that turns off the screen when the cover is closed, and opens it again when you open it). Perhaps your case is not designed correctly for the phone, and is triggering the wrong sensor.
