LG G2 Android reboots every 10 seconds, too quick for factory reset, hard reset doesn't work

AC Question

Wife's phone is unlocked g2. Purchased 7 months ago.

It has been acting a bit strange for two days, and today started rebooting constantly. It is too quick to to do anything. I can get to the Factory Reset, but it starts rebooting, before it can really do anything.

The hard reset doesn't work either. I've followed multiple sets of instructions, all variations on the power and volume down, many times. Probably over 30 counting my wife's tries.

It doesn't have a removable battery so that is not an option.

Not sure what a next step might be. I've tried it plugged in to power, and plugged into computer, and plugged into nothing.

I tried calling LG. They said it was not a regular LG phone, but was made in India which makes it Best Buy's problem (phone says made in Korea on back). Best buy said it was LG's problem
