Why can't I flash CyanogenMod on LG G2 D803?

The phone is running stock LG Android 4.4.2, rooted with IORoot and has TWRP installed. I have tried wiping the cache and factory reset with TWRP multiple times. I tried using different versions of ROMs. My post count does not allow me to post links yet, but the official LG D803 cyanogenmod downloads aren't hard to find. I have already created a backup, and I am willing to lose all of my data. And, yes, USB Debugging is enabled.
