flashed a wrong rom (tmobile) on my lg g2 d802(international version )

i took my phone(lg g2 d802) to a service center to restore a lost IMEI number but they not only didn't restore it but also flashed a wrong rom on my phone( tmobile rom ). now it is acting like crazy: touch does not respond , cant open any apps, i can't even turn it of . what should i do now?

Use LG flash tool to restore the stock ROM for your D802. There's a detailed guide on xda.

i did that but touch is still not working as it should. maybe it is a hardware problem?
